Kathleen Martin, a former managing director at Citi, sued the bank and COO Anand Selva on Wednesday, alleging that she was fired for opposing to give false information to regulators. Martin said Selva wanted her to hide "critical information" from Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) about bank's data governance metrics. Martin was fired in September 2023.
