Cyclone Ditwah has triggered red and orange alerts across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Puducherry. Thanjavur, Nagapattinam, Mayiladuthurai face red alert while Chennai, Kancheepuram and nearby areas are under orange alert. Authorities warn of heavy rain, strong winds and possible flooding across Tirupati, Nellore, Annamayya and Sri Sathya Sai. Fishermen are asked to stay away from the sea.
