CJI Surya Kant reportedly declined an urgent hearing on a PIL seeking judicial intervention in the recent IndiGo flight disruptions. He said the court "understands that lakhs of people are stranded...but then the government of India has taken cognisance of the issue. Timely steps appear to have been taken," he said. "We don't see any urgency right now," he added.
