Supreme Court's three-judge bench headed by CJI Ranjan Gogoi will hear CBI's pleas on February 5. The CBI on Monday has filed pleas against West Bengal government and Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar for alleged non-cooperation in a case connected with Saradha chit fund scam. Justice Deepak Gupta and Justice Sanjiv Khanna will be part of the bench.
