Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke marked Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's birthday with a message at Delhi's Jantar Mantar as the protest demanding his resignation entered its seventh day. In a video, Dipke wrote, "Happy Birthday...Pradhan...Please resign," and later said, "As a birthday gift...we can even send you the resignation letter...you'll only have to put your thumb."
