A dispute over the construction of a shed to house goats for sacrifice on Eid inside residential complex escalated into protests and later turned violent in Mumbai's Meera Road area. The structure was dismantled following protests by residents and Hindu organisations. Later at night, goats were allegedly brought back to shed, triggering clashes in which VHP worker was reportedly injured.
