A video has surfaced which purportedly shows a Class 10 Dalit student being beaten up with belts in Uttar Pradesh's Raebareli. The video shows that the boy was forced to lick the feet of an accused. SP Shlok Kumar said the main accused is a minor and has been sent to a juvenile home while six others have been arrested.
