A girl student of class ninth is sitting on a fast-unto-death demanding Inner Line Permit (ILP) system in Manipur. The student, Thounoujam Sanjib, who is 14 years old and a resident of Manipur's Bishnupur district, also demanded action against a security officer allegedly involved in killing of Sapam Robinhood in police action on July 8 last.
