Hemesh Chadalavada, 14-year-boy from Hyderabad, is one of the recipients of this year's Bal Shakti Puraskar for inventing a smart wristband to monitor the elderly and disabled. The wristband can monitor the patient's health condition and send their vital stats to a mobile app of the caregiver. He is among 32 others who have been recognised by this award.
