Anthropic’s "Dispatch" transforms Claude from a chatty assistant into a proactive remote employee. This capability is in the Cowork option, using which users can send instructions to Claude from their phone. The AI then carries out those instructions on the desktop app, using access to local files, connected apps, and plugins.
