Claude rebuilt ‘Prince of Persia’ by analysing its graphics code
Claude Opus 5.5 helped reconstruct the 1989 Prince of Persia by analysing original source code, DOS data and an open-source reverse-engineering project. Instead of guessing graphics, it recreated the game’s underlying rendering logic and achieved near pixel-perfect results, cutting mismatched pixels on one screen from 8,429 to just two.
