A clerk of the revenue department was suspended after a video of him thrashing a woman in MP's Bhind surfaced online. The 52-year-old woman visited the tehsildar's office on Monday to register her land online but the accused allegedly refused to get the work done, FIR said. The woman also alleged that accused kicked her and thrashed her with shoes.
