A clip has surfaced showing Ukrainian soldiers rescuing stranded Russian troops after the collapse of the Kakhovka dam. The Ukrainian military can be seen on thermal imaging cameras helping the soldiers into boats whilst the water rushes around them. The Kakhovka dam collapsed earlier this month, which prompted extensive flooding. Ukraine and Russia have blamed each other for the blast.
