Delhi's cloud seeding trial planned for Wednesday was cancelled due to "insufficient moisture" content in clouds, IIT Kanpur said. The cloud seeding on Tuesday wasn't "completely successful" as it failed to cause rain because moisture content was only 15-20%, which isn't very high for effective seeding. The seeding is being carried out by Delhi government in collaboration with IIT Kanpur.
