A cloudburst led to flash floods in some villages in the Tehri Garhwal area of Uttarakhand on Friday. According to a PTI report, road connectivity to dozens of villages in the upper regions has been completely cut off amid the flooding. PTI shared a video showing the Bal Ganga and Dharam Ganga rivers flowing through the area are in spate.
