Criticising the Bihar government over the alleged rape and murder of a minor girl in Muzaffarpur, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav accused it of "administrative anarchy" and a complete collapse of law and order. He said, "The CM and both Deputy CMs are busy with political programmes," adding, "No one has time to meet the victim or her family."
