CM Shivakumar gives major update to Gruha Lakshmi scheme

Karnataka CM DK Shivakumar has announced a review of Gruha Lakshmi beneficiaries through Seva Sindhu Kendras and door-to-door surveys. Biometric and face authentication facilities will be used during the process. The government has also said that new eligibility criteria for fresh applications will be issued soon, with applications likely to be accepted through both online and offline modes.
