CMRL-Exalogic case sees preliminary probe against Pinarayi, others

The Kerala government has decided in principle to order a preliminary inquiry based on the Enforcement Directorate’s findings in the CMRL-Exalogic case involving Pinarayi Vijayan, Veena T and P A Mohammed Riyas. The move comes amid retraction affidavits by two senior CMRL officials, who alleged pressure and intimidation during ED questioning. The ED has rejected the coercion allegations.
