CNG vehicles emit cancer-causing particles

Scientists at Council of Scientific and Industrial Research have claimed that vehicles running on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) emit nanocarbons that are suspected to cause cancer. The researchers analysed atmospheric pollution in Delhi and found out that CNG-run bus poses a serious threat. CNG is considered a clean fuel as it does not release any visible smoke.
