The board of directors of the state-owned Coal India Limited (CIL) is set to meet this month to announce its quarterly results, the PSU company informed the stock exchanges. Coal India Limited is also likely to announce the second interim dividend to its shareholders in the upcoming meeting and has already fixed the record date for the same.
