Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa, a bottler for The Coca-Cola Company, is planning to cut more than 600 jobs, Business Day reported, citing Food and Allied Workers Union spokesperson Dominique Swartz. The company, which began operating as a legal entity in July 2016, currently employs over 7,000 employees. It has sent a notice of possible retrenchment to the workers.
