Coffee boosts telomere length in severe mental illness: Study

A BMJ Mental Health study found that patients with severe mental illnesses who drank three to four cups of coffee daily had significantly longer telomeres-equivalent to a biological age five years younger. The study showed an inverted J-shaped link, with moderate coffee offering benefits while higher intake showed no added advantage.
