Third Wave Coffee appoints Rajat Luthra, former head of KFC India and Nepal, as CEO, effective April 3. Founder Sushant Goel will undergo a nine-month handover period before transitioning to a board member role. The move follows a $35 million funding round in September led by private equity firm Creaegis and existing investor WestBridge Capital.
