Cognizant increased CEO Ravi Kumar's target direct compensation for 2025 by 18% year-on-year to $19 million (nearly ₹176 crore). However, his realised earnings stood at $10.7 million (₹99 crore) for the year. "Kumar’s realised compensation was significantly lower than his target direct compensation primarily because his 2025 Performance Share Unit (PSU) grants are scheduled to vest," firm said.
