Cognizant will give annual salary hikes to employees from August this year, marking the second time the company has postponed salary hikes by five months, a report said. It added that bonuses will be given to employees in March itself. Cognizant usually gives both hikes and bonuses in March, however, under new CEO Ravi Kumar, hikes are given in August.
