Cognizant has deferred salary hikes for employees by four months. It said that eligible associates will be awarded on August 1 and that majority of associates have been given four hikes within three years. Employees of the IT services company were last given a pay hike in April 2023. Of the 3,47,000 employees worldwide, 2,54,000 Cognizant employees are in India.
