Cognizant India's Chairman and MD Ramkumar Ramamoorthy has resigned after over 22 years at the company. "Ramamoorthy has decided to retire from Cognizant effective July 17, 2020," CEO Brian Humphries said. Ramamoorthy previously held the role of Senior VP, corporate marketing, corporate affairs and communications, took over as Chairman and MD in September 2019.
