Cognizant asked a US federal court to dismiss the amended counterclaims filed by Infosys in their ongoing TriZetto intellectual property (IP) dispute. It reiterated its allegation that Infosys misappropriated confidential information from TriZetto. Cognizant argued that Infosys still hasn’t shown evidence of market-wide harm and is trying to recast routine IP protections as antitrust violations.
