Cognizant has agreed to acquire IT services provider Astreya in a transaction valued at around $600 million (₹5,688 crore). "By acquiring Astreya, we will ​be better-positioned to help clients architect their platform-led AI systems," Chief Executive Ravi Kumar S told Reuters. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026 after regulatory approvals, the report said.
