IT services major Cognizant will be offering 100% bonus pay to its employees for 2025 after entering the "Winner’s Circle", an internal benchmark that it hit two years ahead of schedule, Moneycontrol reported. "Our 2025 results are the direct outcome of your hustle, disciplined execution, and commitment to our clients and to Cognizant," CEO Ravi Kumar S told employees.
