Sudeep Saxena, the Co-founder of Indian cryptocurrency startup Coin Gabbar, accused IndiGo of extorting money from passengers. He claimed he was made to pay for a seat in an Indore-bound aircraft during web check-in, even after paying for the ticket. "IndiGo must [be] struggling...with their finances," he added on LinkedIn. The airline replied, "We regret such an experience with us."
