The UK unveiled a commemorative 50-pence Brexit coin to mark its departure from the European Union on January 31 and 3 million of these will enter circulation on the same day. The coin bears the inscription "Peace, prosperity and friendship with all nations" and the date the UK leaves the EU. A further 7 million coins will enter circulation later.
