Coinbase appointed former UK Chancellor George Osborne as chair of its Global Advisory Council, nearly two years after he joined as an advisor. Osborne will guide global policy efforts, including regulation of stablecoins, crypto taxation, and tokenisation, alongside members such as Mark Esper and Pat Toomey.
