Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong makes open call for people to join India team

Months after announcing Coinbase's entry into India, the US cryptocurrency exchange's CEO Brian Armstrong has made an open call for people to join the team. "Coinbase is building out an office in India! Amazing team already in place - come join us," he tweeted. Coinbase, founded by Armstrong and Fred Ehrsam in 2012, went public in the US in April.

"Ukraine must order soldiers to put down weapons and surrender for Trump's request to be realised," Putin said. Islamic State chief in Iraq and Syria killed

The leader of Islamic State in Iraq and Syria Abdullah Maki Musleh al-Rifai, also known as Abu Khadija, has been killed, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani said on Friday. Iraqi security forces, together with US-led coalition fighting the terrorist group, killed Khadija, who was "considered one of the most dangerous terrorists in Iraq and the world", al-Sudani added.

Musk's Tesla warns Trump administration on retaliatory tariff risk

Scientists 'freeze' light for 1st time

A team of international scientists has successfully turned light into a supersolid for the first time, with their research published in journal Nature. To create the supersolid, the researchers fired laser at piece of gallium arsenide that had been shaped with special ridges. A supersolid is a state of matter that combines properties of both a solid and a superfluid.
