Millions of Indians are investing in cryptocurrencies owing to a surge in Bitcoin returns, said CoinSwitch Kuber. It announced that with over 3 million users, crypto exchanges in India, like itself have reported massive jumps in their user base. According to the company, 55% of their user base represents metro cities with their first-ever investment being in cryptocurrency.
