A video has surfaced showing Siddipet Collector P Venkatrama Reddy touching the feet of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao during the inauguration programme of the Collector office on Sunday. After the video went viral online, Reddy said that the CM was like a "father figure" to him, adding "It's Telangana's tradition to take the blessings of elders during auspicious [events]."
