To celebrate its 80th anniversary, Colombian dairy giant Alpina hosted the world’s largest cheese tasting in Sopó with 1,185 participants, breaking the previous record of 1,000. Attendees sampled Gruyere, Sopó, and Argovia cheeses. The event marked a milestone for Colombia’s dairy industry and highlighted Alpina’s blend of tradition, innovation, and global ambitions in agribusiness.
