Eggs, often called a superfood, are rich in protein, vitamins, choline, and antioxidants. According to expert Edwina Raj, white and brown eggs have similar nutritional value; shell colour depends on the hen's breed. Brown eggs cost more due to larger hens and higher feed, not better nutrition. Freshness and the hen's diet matter most.
