The market value of Apple, Microsoft or Amazon now exceeds the combined capitalisation of all South Korean companies on the stock exchange. The total market cap of all South Korean firms was about $1.4 trillion while Apple's valuation was $1.7 trillion and Microsoft and Amazon were worth $1.5 trillion each, Bloomberg said. Apple's market value overtook South Korea's in January.
