Supreme Court has refused to provide relief to a National Security Guard Commando accused of murdering his wife. When the Commando mentioned he was part of Operation Sindoor, court replied it "does not give you immunity". The judge also noted the "gruesome manner" in which he allegedly choked his wife to death and said this wasn't a case for exemption.
