Adani Group on Wednesday said it's committed to launching an open offer to acquire an additional 26% stake in NDTV from minority shareholders after it missed the date for the offer's launch (October 17). Adani Group asked SEBI to provide comments on its draft open offer letter. Adani had proposed to acquire the stake at an offer price of ₹294/share.
