IT employee union NITES has filed a complaint with the Labour Ministry against Wipro, alleging unfair hiring practices and delayed onboarding of selected candidates. The union claims that hundreds of recruits, including freshers, waited months without clarity on joining dates or status. It has asked the government to intervene and direct the company to honour offers.
