PVR Ltd's Chairman Ajay Bijli on Friday said he expects the merger with INOX Leisure to be completed by the end of this fiscal. The combined entity would have 3,000-4,000 screens in five years, Bijli said. According to reports, the combined entity will become India's largest film exhibition company, with 1,546 screens across 341 properties in 109 cities.
