The number of confirmed Ebola virus cases in Congo has reached 344, including 60 confirmed deaths, the World Health Organisation said. The number of suspected cases in the county has now reduced from over 1,000 to 116. "Outbreak had a big head start...[but] we're catching up," WHO chief Tedros Ghebreyesus said. Meanwhile, fifteen cases were confirmed in neighbouring Uganda.
