Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Sunday said that the party will provide special status to Andhra Pradesh if voted to power in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. He added Congress' proposed NYAY (Nyuntam Aay Yojana) scheme was the party's "non-violent weapon" against poverty. He further accused PM Narendra Modi of "destroying the pillars of MGNREGA and Food Security Act".
