After BJP named first-time MLA Rekha Gupta as Delhi Chief Minister on Wednesday, Congress leader Alka Lamba shared a 30-year-old picture with her and congratulated her. The picture she shared was from 1995 when they took oath together after Delhi University Students Union's election win. Lamba had won as President of DUSU and Rekha won as General Secretary from ABVP.
