Congress leader Naveen Yadav has won the bye-election from Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency in Telangana's Hyderabad with a margin of over 20,000 votes. Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) candidate Sunitha Gopinath secured 74,259 votes, while BJP's Deepak Reddy got 17,061 votes. The bypoll was necessitated after the death of the sitting BRS MLA Maganti Gopinath.
