Union Minister Kiren Rijiju said that the Congress party plunges into sorrow whenever India moves ahead. Rijiju said that in the last 11 years India's exports have risen to $800 billion from $50 billion. "If Congress gets saddened when the country is moving ahead and the people are happy, then I have no cure for them," he further said.
