Union Minister Giriraj Singh slammed Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge for calling PM Modi a "terrorist" and stated that the party has been the mastermind behind terrorists. "Congress has been the mastermind behind terrorists...For votes, they have stooped so low today that they are insulting the country," he added. He further said that Congress always "resorts to low-level rhetoric".
