Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Monday urged party's booth level workers to win all seven seats in the Lok Sabha polls in Delhi, ending all hopes of a tie-up with the AAP in Delhi. He said, "We'll be forming the government this year." AAP's Gopal Rai said the party isn't in talks with the Congress for an alliance in Delhi.
